I am a confident Web Developer with a creative flair. I can competently use most design tools both open source and commercial. I have extensive experience with the Macromedia production suite, Deamweaver, Flash and Fireworks. I am well versed at designing highly functional sites from conception, on through to wire-frames, architecture, design patterns database administration and application development. Building websites from scratch, taking client ideas from photoshop, slice exporting and creating a HTML 5 and CSS 3 template to meet the desired functionality of the site.

I am a highly recommend using the SCRUM management technique, meeting with the product owner to create a feature backlog and building a defect backlog along the way. SCRUM's most valuable asset is most definitely the burn down chart, the burn down chart looks at the current progress rate and how many hows have been complete in the how much time and offers a very accurate estimation to the due date. Much of my effort is directed at usability and Graphical usability, if a site is easy to use, it is 97% more likely to make a sale than a well designed site that is hard to use. SCRUM also works very well with agile development methodology typically used with Ruby on Rails environment, both of which I am very comfortable working with.

Many of my client's prefer to work with content management systems, which is why I can install, maintain, manage, secure and extend ; Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla MODx My Source Matrix, TYPO3, Plone and Tiki-Wiki. I have developed many wordpress plugins and Drupal extensions, ranging from forum style posts to a bitcoin payment processor using the MT Gox API.
